It’s near Kamakura station and popular tourist destinations.
The check out time was 11:00, but the staff came into the room and started cleaning and removing the bed sheets since around 10:45. That made me feel quite uncomfortable even though I was finishing packing up and about to leave.

The room was exactly as expected, the pictures are true to the place. Actually, there was more room for luggage than expected. We loved our stay here, even though it was just one room. The staff is so helpful and so friendly. The bathroom was clean, the room as well. We had enough sheets and towels and we did have the option to request a change of these, as we stayed for 5 days. We did not use the kitchen to cook, but it is a nice kitchen. We did use the rooftop to eat there and read, it is lovely! It is near the beach and also the train station. Also the bathroom was clean, the shower had great water pressure. For a budget stay, we definitely recommend it. It was what we payed for.
The one thing that I would mention is the humidity in the room. We did have a purifier in the room, but I think a dehumidifier would be way more useful. Because of the humidity outside (we stayed here in august) it did no good to open the window. For example it was near impossible to dry our shoes there or clothes after we got caught in the rain. There is a washer & dryer room, but we did not want to dry these clothes and shoes that way. So that was a bit uncomfortable. Also, we could have used some shelves in the room. A lot of our things just stayed on the sink counter and it was uncomfortable. Also, the mattress is not the greatest, but our backs handled it well I would say.

The staff were very helpful and kind
The room I stayed in was dirty. The walls had stains. The bed was hard, the pillow was uncomfortable. The room format was weird, the sink was outside of the bathroom near the bed. The floor texture was weird.
