location, cafe where was breakfast (coffee + croissannt) where all local italians were getting coffee and pastry, living by Arch
, clean very modern
soundproof was weak as there were door in the room next to us so we could not speak much during evening to not disturb other guest

Small, but cozy room. Super clean and providing everyting you need for a short stay. Our bed was really comfortable and we had a small balcony. Also, the italian breakfast (caffè e cornetto) was very good! The house is located at a small street near the Porta Garibaldi, very central. Of course a little noisy at night, which I think is usual in this part of Catania.
The fridge, standing right next to the bed, is very loud, but you just can unplug or use earplugs.
In the shower, there is no curtain or cabin, so half the floor will be wet after showering. A puller would be helpful here for drying afterwards!

The room was impeccable and modern with all necessary facilities. We loved the room and especially the shower.
The guy who checked us in was not present at the B&B and his attitude for our questions was not good. He sounded frustrated. Also it was mentioned in the check in email that any damage to the property would cost us extra which put us on the edge because there was no one to walk the room with us to see if there was anything already damaged. This really put us off.
