Close to centre of Pylos - right by the harbour. Spacious and very clean. Stavros provided tea/coffee, jam, biscuits etc and was very helpful with recommendations . Partial sea view from the balcony.
The property is behind a large 3 storey building which is currently under construction so builders are there daily from 8-5pm . This makes the advertised balcony unusable in the daytime because of noise, dust and lack of privacy. Not a problem if you are out all day and just wish to use it in the evening.

This apartment is perfectly located, as it is just a two minute walk from the beach, the main square, and most restaurants. Despite that, it's quiet and has a great sea view. The apartment itself has everything you need, and is clean and comfortable. The small welcome pack, including a bottle of wine, was ideal to make a start on settling in. What made everything a really great stay was the host, Stavros. He was welcoming, friendly and very informative on the local area. Added to that, Stavros was most helpful with any issues or queries we had. If we come back to Pylos, we would try to stay here again.
It's no fault.of the host or apartment but it's unfortunate that there was building work going on next to the apartment, which made it a bit noisy and dusty. That said, the hours worked were minimal.
The Internet was occasionally slow.

We recently spent two nights at the Alexis apartments . The apartment was a good size one bedroom apartment with kitchen, balcony and view over the harbour . We were greeted by Stavros who gave us not only a great overview of the apartment but of the town , restaurants and local attractions . Stavros gave us some washing powder so we could do a load of washing as and was available at all times via WhatsApp . We loved the apartment , its amenities and wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Stavros for your suggestions and help. Hopefully we will return.

The location have all the facilities we needed, including washing machine and laundry detergeent. Stavros, the host, was very attentive and provided us all the information we needed, about what should we visit, about the most beautiful beaches and the best restaurants.
