Horrible. Pour ceux qui recherchent le confort, la propreté et un environnement bien entretenu, ce n’est définitivement pas l’endroit idéal. De plus, il y avait des fuites d’eau — dans le salon, de l’eau tombait constamment du plafond. Il y avait également une fuite dans l’une des chambres, à l’intérieur d’une armoire.
À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé le logement extrêmement poussiéreux, avec des toiles d’araignée et des araignées dans les chambres, ce qui m’a provoqué une forte crise d’allergie. Il y avait de la vaisselle sale rangée dans les placards, des aliments ouverts dans le réfrigérateur, des armoires sales et désorganisées, le sol sale et une saleté excessive sous les lits.
Nous sommes arrivés tard et fatigués et, sans aucun avertissement préalable, nous avons dû organiser les lieux et installer tout le linge de lit. Ils ont également tenté de nous facturer 17 € par serviette de bain et de toilette, frais qui n’avaient pas été communiqués à l’avance. Ce n’est qu’après notre réclamation qu’ils ont renoncé à cette exigence.
Je précise que nous sommes pleinement conscients des responsabilités des voyageurs lors de la location d’un logement saisonnier. Nous laissons toujours la vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle, les déchets dans les poubelles et les espaces minimalement rangés. Cependant, il est évident qu’un nettoyage professionnel doit être effectué entre deux séjours — ce qui n’a clairement pas été le cas. D’ailleurs, l’aspirateur mis à disposition était plein de cheveux et impropre à l’usage, démontrant un manque d’entretien et d’hygiène adéquats.
La situation s’est aggravée au moment du départ. Bien que des frais de ménage aient été payés, nous avons été contraints de retirer les draps, ranger les coussins, plier les couvertures, nettoyer la cuisine et sortir les poubelles. De plus, nous avons reçu un message exigeant que nous laissions coussins et couvertures parfaitement disposés pour les prochains voyageurs, ce qui renforce l’impression qu’aucun se
