The Maverick’s picturesque windows and 7 generous skylights welcomes in the warm ambient light and surrounding nature, enticing you out onto the huge wrap around deck, perfect for entertaining. A gorgeous mid-century chiminea centerpiece is the place to be on those brisk nights, marshmallows on sticks or cocktail in hand; there is no wrong way to luxuriate by the fire. Back inside the sexy & stylish decor will woo you into its cozy corners where you can catch up on our your reading for a spell or two. There are two generously sized bedrooms and two spa-like bathrooms for guests to relax and recharge. The living room is appointed with a gorgeous Preway fireplace, custom L shaped comfy pullout couch and original mid-century furnishings, there is no doubt that you will fall in love with this handsome space. The Maverick is fully set up for work from home scenarios with ultra fast internet, dual monitors and two separate work spaces. Wifi extenders also enable you to work from our expansive wrap around deck. The Maverick is also equipped with an automatic backup generator, which takes over in case of power outages. For the safety of our guests and our property, the Maverick is equipped with external infrared HD cameras. Inside the home there is a Minut sensor that monitors home environment, including noise levels, occupancy, temperature and humidity. It's 100% privacy-safe and helps us make sure our guests have a wonderful stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. We look forward to having you as our guests.

This property is just wonderful. Surrounded by trees and rock formations, the outdoor deck is a serene place to decompress. The house is in pristine shape -- super clean, and has all that you might need to make it your base of operations for the Woodstock area and the Catskills beyond. Every detail is thoughtful, creating a wonderful place to stay... over and over again.

Fun weekend visit with our family. Cool mid century modern home nestled in the woods about 10 minutes from Woodstock. Well stocked kitchen and toiletries, nice outdoor decks and places to light fires. Owner was very nice and helpful with suggestions and welcomed us with 2 bottles of wine.

I LOVED this property. It was beautifully designed and had a sweet peaceful vibe. Set in the woods, so close to town, beautiful views, compelling inside and out. Great wifi. The owner/property manager, Henry, was extremely responsive and helpful. It was very hard to leave & I definitely hope to return! Everything about the stay was 5*****

Our stay at the Maverick was perfection! Not only was the location quiet, private, clean and comfortable, the design and décor was mid century modern perfect, an amazing home! The owner was so helpful and easy to connect with, attentive and cared that we had a good time. Definitely stay at this location, well worth it and minutes from the fun town of Woodstock!
