This newly renovated ranch farmhouse features a magnificent open floor plan flooded with natural light from three exposures, a working fireplace, and a large open chef's kitchen with a professional-grade range and an indoor dining table to seat 12. The residence boasts four well-proportioned bedrooms (Sleeps 12+), 2.5 baths inside plus an outdoor shower and hot tub situated on the back deck. The primary touts a king-size bed ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet large enough to house a crib. The kids' room has four single beds, the office has a daybed that transitions into a king bed and still has room for a desk and the guest room has a queen-size bed. The Living room and basement recreation space have comfy sleeping couches as well. The newly finished basement is the ideal entertainment space for family movie nights, video game competitions, pool tournaments, building legos, arts and crafts tinkering, or exercising in the small home gym. Delight in fruit from the orchards pear, apple, cherry, and peach trees or the mature grapevines and berry bushes on the property as you explore your expansive plot of farmland or enjoy relaxing by the pond watching the fish and frogs frolic. Conveniently located at the start of the North Fork's famous wine country steps from vineyards, breweries, farm stands, and nature preserves including RGNY Vineyard, Jamesport Brewery, Harbes Orchard, and Hallock State Park Preserve. Just a mile from soaking in the rays at North Shores Iron Pier Beach 6 minutes to South Jamesport Beach and 25 minutes from Pikes Beach in Westhampton. Enjoy local activities such as horseback riding at one of many nearby stables, hiking or cycling along your choice of beachside or woodsy trails, or pick up a racket and head to the tennis courts. Visit one of the largest living coral reef displays in the northern hemisphere at our nearby aquarium or explore numerous five-star restaurants and vineyards by day, and stargaze through the telescope at the house by night before retiring to the hot tub for a long relaxing soak. Pets are allowed upon approval. Important Note: This house is located on an operating, biodynamic farm in its infant stage. The main residence is a ranch-style farmhouse, guests will receive sole access to the main house and property. The is a small apartment and barn not accessible to guest. Guests are welcome to utilize the farm as an immersive experience. A big group of us came from AZ to visit with our cousins, aunts and uncles who all live in the area. This house was so perfect for us! We even had a gathering/BBQ at the rental. The beaches close by are wonderful! Nicole is an amazing host and we’d love to stay again sometime!!

A breath of fresh air.

You literally drive onto this property and feel calm approaching you. Our plans changed last minute and we needed a getaway. Nicole was amazing to work with from the get go. The house had everything we needed and equipped with directions. We felt cozy here. The beds are comfortable, the entire place clean, plenty of bedding needs and towels as well as an equipped kitchen. The kitchen and dinning table allowed us to have just right family experience. The outdoors was sensational with the hot tub and shower. I felt peaceful while enjoying a local glass of wine and reading a book in the yard. We went for walks and my run to the beach and back was spectacular. I look forward to returning and having an different experience during a different season. Highly recommend staying here and allowing Nicole to host you!

We decided to take advantage of the weather and booked a last minute trip to the North Fork. This was the perfect spot for a relaxing adventure. The house is on a perfectly secluded street in wine country but fairly close to the beach. It is a terrific space for a kid to explore nature and learn about rabbit paths and the pond that is teeming with life; by the end of our stay, my 2 year old was imitating the song of the frogs. It was like he slipped into a wonderland created by Carroll. Nicole was the ideal host. She was flexible with our arrival time and no detail was overlooked. The lux bedding was organic and the Turkish towels were a lovely perk. Nicole provided denim slip covers so we didn’t have to worry about our toddler ruining the couches. And the mineral based hot tub left our skin feeling like silk. The house was fully stocked with towels, sun screen, beach chairs and all the necessary accoutrements for cooking. The communal table and living space made it feel like a dream family vacation home. Overall, the vibe is welcoming and the privacy was much appreciated! The house is rustic, beautiful and safe for children. I can’t wait to plan a girls trip to wine country with Nicole!
