The site is amazing, Views spectacular, lovely being in the center of things. Very nice breakfast on the roof terrace.
The bathroom shower needed the grouting touched up (blackish mold stain) and the lights flickered (normal I was told although I pointed out that it was more of a question of the wrong type of LED bulb, and the AC was very noisy although cool….but we were there but one night and all in all the views were so spectacular that outweighed the rest.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of everything. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking view from the room and the hotel's unique cliffside setting.
The room was comfortable and well maintained, and we enjoyed a good breakfast every morning. The combination of the stunning location, beautiful views, and convenient access to the old town made our stay very enjoyable.
There are a few things that future guests should be aware of.
If you are travelling by car, parking can be a real challenge. We eventually found a parking space, but only after driving around the narrow streets for quite some time, and it was not close to the hotel. If you have large or multiple suitcases, this can become quite difficult.
Another issue is accessibility. The staircases are very narrow, and there was no elevator to our room. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs can easily become uncomfortable.
What disappointed us the most was the luggage policy. Before check-in, we asked if we could leave our luggage at the hotel, but we were told that this was not possible before 2:00 PM and were directed to a paid luggage storage service instead. However, on the day we checked out, we saw other guests arriving and leaving their luggage at the hotel as early as 10:00 AM. This inconsistency was frustrating.
Considering that this was the most expensive hotel of our entire Puglia trip, we expected a more flexible and guest-friendly approach regarding luggage storage.
