In generale soddisfacente

Posizione buona per raggiungere il centro: circa 7 minuti in auto. In base al periodo di soggiorno può essere più o meno difficile trovare parcheggio vicino l’appartamento, in quanto è pubblico. Spazio esterno ampio.

Molti mobili e utensili erano sporchi o rotti (esempio: cassettiera nell’armadio), pertanto è stato necessario sprecare tempo per effettuare delle pulizie profonde al nostro arrivo ed un riordino generale. Inoltre non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti gli utensili in cucina, in quanto rotti (esempio: piatti, moka del caffè). In generale il rapporto qualità-prezzo é stato negativo.

Cómodo pero mejorable

El espacio estaba bien, la ubicación y la distribución estaba perfecta. No hacía calor debido a las ventanas.

Faltaban algunos servicios como papel higiénico extra (nos dejaron 1 rollo para 4 y 3 noches), faltaba papel de cocina y la escoba estaba oxidada. No barrimos antes de irnos por miedo a pillar el tétanos. Por otro lado, el suelo estaba lleno de pelos de mascotas.
