They said Breakfast was not included with my check in
The room service was not good at all, we also seen house keeping and ask them to clean our room , they took the room number down and still didn’t do it , we came back that evening saw 2 more ask them they said they would and did not do it ether, we ask for room to be cleaned, Beds made, Garbage emptied and Fresh Towels and they didn’t do it, We reported it to Hotel Desk Clerk, she apologized and gave us Towels but room still needed cleaning, She said they were short staffed but the House Keepers were on our floor cleaning Rooms so that’s unacceptable, NOT GOOD AT ALL.
