Location right in the centre of Conwy was perfect.
The railway station and carparks are close by.
The toaster has been mentioned before.
It doesn't work (won't latch in the on position). For around £20 a replacement one can be bought which will make breakfast easier to prepare.
The property is listed as smoke free, no vaping or smoking inside.
Sadly it had an overpowering smell of cigarette smoke lingering in the property. Clearly a previous visitor had not abided by this requirement. Extremely disrepectful to the owner and subsequent visitors.
I had the windows open as often as possible to try and air the smell out of the property.

AMAZING location, super cute house and loads to do right on the doorstep. The house is rustic and very much in keeping with the vibe of a medieval village. I loved it and would definitely stay again.
The toaster was broken and I tried to contact the hosts about it but never got any response. Internal courtyard where the washing line is was a bit of a mess with rubbish on the ground.

Breakfast was not included, location was excellent and only a short walk from the Train station
Top of the stairwell required care to cross from the bedroom to the bathroom

Bed comfortable and clean. Kitchen well supplied.
Shower not adjusting had to handhold when not washing hair. Bathroom ensuite in smaller bedroom. Stairs dangerous. No contact with host. Insufficient information about shops, restaurants etc for this self catering accommodation. Too many unnecessary rules. TV tiny and very few programmes accessible. No sofa
