The staff were very responsive and helpful, and let us leave our bags in another room all day after we checked out so we could collect them before our late flight. The kitchen facilities were good, and it was especially helpful to have a washing machine. There was lots of storage in the room and a great shower, and it was a good size for the whole week. The hotel is in a nice location, with close access to buses, nice places to eat, swimming spots and a great convenient store with everything we needed.
There were quite loud building works taking place immediately outside our room which woke us up most mornings - not in control of the hotel but something to be aware of! One of the mattresses also had a dip in it so wasn't the most comfortable. Also in the bathroom the tap came off, so might be in need of a refurbishment (when we made them aware with this they were very quick to come and check).

Location is great - 5 mins from direct bus stop from airport and same to Valletta. Super friendly and helpful staff.Gorgeous view from terrace. Equipped kitchen. All you need for comfy stay.

Incredible views!!! You see the beautiful bay from every window in the right room. Restaurants close by as well.
Needs some TLC. The bathroom taps and shower need repairs and a few other things but the view makes up for all of it. It’s also very cheap for the view you are getting.

The location was good, the view from the balcony was good.
It was pretty dirty on the terrace and the bathroom.
The rooms surely need renovation.
The shared kitchen was in a very poor condition. It was dirty, not well maintained, and unpleasant to use.
The elevator was not working.
The rooms were never cleaned during our stay
