Federica was easy to work with and friendly. The location was great. It was clean and fresh. And it was a huge space with windows!
The coffee maker had the wrong sized filters, and this would not have been a very big deal but the "Moka Joe" (stove top espresso maker) would not function on the style of range in the kitchen. Oh well! Not a big deal-- went out for coffee!
The other piece came at end of stay. We wanted so badly to be good guests and treat the garbage and recycling correctly it was apparent that this also is important to the community and the owners. But we simply did not know what to do with it all upon our exit. Then we discovered too late that pick ups for some of the material was at 5am that day! We missed it!

The apartment, overall, is superb. The location is the best, just a few steps from the lake, with the centre of the town around the corner. The rooms are super spacious, with high ceilings. The bathroom is super comfortable. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable and big. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Not very negative, but when we arrived, the ACs weren't working. But the owner did a great effort to solve it. She bought a fan and she managed to get a technician during the weekend. The apartment is in any case, cool enough so, with a fan was enough.
Minor details: 1) the moka doesn't work with the induction hob. The other coffee machine, US-style, was ok. 2) the coffee mugs weren't very clean when we arrived.
