Fantastic location in the heart of Montepulciano
Just need to sully teatowels for drying up cups etc. maybe shampoo bottles not sachet

Perfect location.. huge rooms we rented 2 apartments. Loved the elevator!
There was no air conditioner in the bedroom in one apartment

It was well equipped with everything you need, modern, comfortable and felt like home. The best part was the amazing host . He was so helpful to me and really genuinely cared that you had a good stay. He went out of his way to drive my car up to the carpark near the apartment because I was afraid I wouldn’t get all my luggage down when I left. Take his advise if you have a car and park at San Donato Parcheggio as it is a short stroll with luggage. I can’t thank him enough, what a kind person 💕
I couldn’t sleep in the room as it was too hot but I’m sure any other time of the year it would be great. Nice bed. It was nice and cool in the lounge room / kitchen area, spacious with a really comfy couch .
