The balcony and space. For a group of friends or inter generational family it was perfect. We also liked the decor, furniture and way the house was decorated on a nautical theme
There were a couple of minor things that weren’t working fully but we’ve reported back on those. Not enough to affect the stay

Plenty of space for the 6 of us, comfortable bedrooms and good bathrooms, good size fridge and freezer, access to pool and gym. Easy parking on site. 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants.
The kitchen cupboards were full of unnecessary stuff, we had to move stuff around to make space for our food. The kitchen units were a bit tatty, the hob wouldn't allow more than one pan on full power at a time. The oven and extractor fan was very greasy and unpleasant.
Some of the pillows were a bit hard and the duvet was too small for the bed upstairs.
