Bez śniadań. Lokalizacja - bardzo dobra. Znakomicie, wszechstronnie, w dobrym standardzie wyposażone mieszkanie.
Bardzo dobra komunikacja - SMS-owa - z Panią Anitą.
Mieszkanie znajduje się w starej, odrestaurowanej kamienicy, która prawdopodobnie przez jakiś - kilkuletni, czy dłuższy - czas nie była zamieszkała. Wszędzie czuje się wilgoć. Mieszkanie ma okno w kuchni i w pokoju. Widok z nich sięga tylko kilku metrów, ponieważ z obu widać tylko "studnie" międzykamieniczne. Bardzo kiepsko. W zasadzie w pobliżu brak jest miejsca parkingowego za rozsądną cenę. Ale, jeżeli się posiada odpowiednia wiedzę, to w pobliskim "ORIGO" jest parking za 15 euro/doba. Parkowałem na parkingu strzeżonym w odległości ok. 3 km - 7 euro/doba.

Muy buena ubicación (muy cerca de la estación de tren y del casco antiguo). Aunque el dormitorio es pequeño en el resto del piso hay espacio suficiente. Estuvimos sin agua caliente durante dos noches por un problema de la finca y la dueña estuvo muy pendiente del tema y nos recompensó, así que quedamos muy satisfechos con su trato. Es muy agradable.
La cama se hundía un poco para mi gusto. Debería haber probado el sofá cama, porque solo lo probé como sofá y era cómodo.

Das Apartment ist sehr angenehm und gut durchdacht gestaltet- obwohl mitten im Zentrum gelegen ist es ruhig, da die Räume zu den Hinterhöfen liegen.
Park mit Teehaus und Rimi-Minimarkt ganz in der Nähe, auch zum Bahnhof und zum Zentralmarkt nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Eine klare Empfehlung für die Erkundung von Riga!
