The location of Tatala was perfect for our quick trip to Tepoztlan. Incredibly accessible with beautiful mountain views. The room was quaint but clean, with super comfy beds, and lovely balcony!

Good location, nice to have air conditioning and parking.
Nice to have included breakfast. Very comfortable bed.
Pool looks bigger in pictures.

The bed was really comfortable and the building is very nice.
The receptionist the day we arrived was either having a terrible day or she’s simply not meant for customer service. In general the staff wasn’t the kindest unfortunately and the breakfast was quite poor.
They have a guard dog that’s as friendly as the receptionist and when I suggested to have a sign mentioning that the dog should not be approached or even get near to the lady’s answer was: is not normal to get close to a dog. I will mention it wasn’t on a leash, it was roaming free and when we came back late at night the dog was alone by the entrance and was very scary to walk by it.
