Its was very clean, the staff were more than helpful, we couldn’t fault it.

The room was large and comfortable with big windows although the view was not especially interesting. The suite also had a washer and dryer which was very helpful once we figured out how to use it (with difficulty). Very good well equipped gym. Good strong coffee at the breakfast. Also a short walk to the Food Town with lots of good options as well as a really excellent Lebanese restaurant nearby called Amar Beruit.
I felt like the breakfast could have been better quality overall. Also would have been helpful if any of the staff could be trained on how to use the washer and dryer machines in the suites and or instructions provided in the unit.

Having a kitchen was a huge plus. We also loved the location, the room itself, and the view from a higher floor. The food was good as well, making it totally worth it.
The shower water pressure was very low. Housekeeping didn't change the bed sheets even after we left them on the floor, and once the cleaner took our key card, forcing us to go to reception for a replacement. The night receptionist wasn't very friendly either. Lastly, while the breakfast food was nice, the dining area lacks space for the number of guests—it was always packed regardless of what time we went, which was frustrating given the price.
