The breakfast was great - a lot of variety. The restaurant was a delight, with straightforward choices and favourable prices.
The reception staff (24 hours) were all excellent - polite, eager to help and efficient in a very busy environment.
Surrounding area of the hotel seemed unkempt and it was a bus-ride from the city, when we expected a walk. No milk supplied in the bedroom for a morning drink.
The hotel has a more conference feel than one for tourists.

Extremely good value - rooms were spotless and decent size, beds comfortable, proper A/C, free parking and really good breakfast. We had rooms on the ground floor facing the back of the hotel, and it was very quiet. Nice, new area too and convenient for stopping from LeShuttle going South. No idea why some reviews mention that the breakfast is 'basic', it had plenty of lovely bread and pastries, lots of ham and cheeses, chia pudding, fresh fruit... If you want to see a basic breakfast, try one of the Ibis hotels in the UK; you'd rather starve. Also, very friendly and helpful staff here.
Our (adult) children found the beds slightly small but they are rather tall and well built, to be fair. Us parents slept like logs though.

The bathroom was not clean and falling apart (broken shower screen, broken bathroom tap, toilet dirty). Plus lights in the bedroom are bare bulbs that are held on with duct tape. Not really acceptable.
