The location is great, inside the old town and in a great location. I also loved how the host is trying her best to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She deserves 10/10 ratings. Rarely you find a host this easy to work with and she makes the stay very nice.

I am not sure if this is an issue in all old town properties but there are few flies in the bathrooms. But theyre harmless. This is literally the only thing I can think of that didn’t like.

Exceptional stay in Rovinj and perfect base for exploring Istria, with a thoughful host!

We had a wonderful stay at PR Premium Apartment Rovinj. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the owner, Tomas, is an experienced traveller who understands exactly what guests appreciate, need and want. The apartment is stocked with thoughtful extras that make you feel immediately at home, including a sewing kit, a first-aid kit, complimentary biscuits, and bottled water. These small touches made a big difference and reflected the care that has gone into preparing the apartment. The towels are hotel quality with a monogram - you feel like you're staying in a 5-star resort! The apartment itself is immaculate, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the secure building provided additional peace of mind throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the shower was equally impressive with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Even the washing could be done and hung-up with pegs provided on the clothes horse, outside on the balcony. The description of the property is spot-on! Parking directly outside the property was a huge convenience, especially for those planning to explore the wider region by car. The location is ideal because it's close enough to enjoy an easy walk into Rovinj's beautiful old town while still offering a quiet and relaxing place to return to after a day of sightseeing. The apartment is also an excellent base for exploring the rest of Istria, with easy access to nearby towns, coastal villages, wineries, and attractions throughout the peninsula. Tomas is clearly passionate about Rovinj and genuinely wants guests to experience the best of the area. He provided excellent local recommendations and was always available via WhatsApp whenever we had a question. His local knowledge added real value to our visit. We felt "at home" and we will be back!

The location is great, inside the old town and in a great location. I also loved how the host is trying her best to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She deserves 10/10 ratings. Rarely you find a host this easy to work with and she makes the stay very nice.

I am not sure if this is an issue in all old town properties but there are few flies in the bathrooms. But theyre harmless. This is literally the only thing I can think of that didn’t like.
