Breakfast was good - a decent selection and freshly cooked. Staff in the restaurant section was friendly.
The view of the sea was lovely and the beds were comfortable. The bus stop just outside the hotel going straight to the city was useful.
Some staff members at reception did not seem to know much about the services (they were perfectly friendly and polite though) - we were once told that "they don't know if rooms are serviced on Saturdays" and told definitely that they are not cleaned on Sundays but when we came back from our outing on Sunday, the room was turned down whereas on a Saturday it was not.
We also booked a taxi in advance with reception (the evening before) only to be told the next morning that it had been cancelled and that this regularly happens as we had needed a large car - but when booking the taxi we were not provided with this possibility.
On the first morning going to breakfast, we weren't aware whether we had pre-booked or not and were charged extra even though we later realised that it had already been included in our booking.
In addition, we booked a deluxe triple room but have to say it did not feel deluxe as it was a very tight space.
