Propre, spacieux, bien fourni et placé en plein coeur d’Aubeterre. Seule précision : le plafond est assez bas dans certaines pièces ou passages de la maison, donc toute personnes faisant plus de 1.70 pour se retrouver à cogner sa tête dans la salle de bain par endroits.
