La ubicación del lugar es excelente. El servicio de la gente fue muy amable y cálido. La distribución del departamento era fantástica. Esta muy bien equipado con ropa blanca y elementos de cocina.
La cama principal no era muy buena. Un poco pequeña y el colchon era medio irregular. Creo que mejorando ese detalle le pondria un 10 sin dudar.

De locatie is geweldig . 250 m van Metro Republique. Mooi appartement (groot!) met uitstekende voorzieningen.
Wifi was een beetje moeilijk op te zetten maar de medewerker van het verhuur bedrijf heeft het netjes opgelost.
Zeker de moeite . Bakker en superette direct in de buurt.
Communicatie met verhuurder was top!

We are so happy that we chose these apartments for our stay in Paris!
They are located on the ground floor, which was incredibly convenient since we were traveling with a stroller. Although we mostly used the apartment for sleeping, it had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations.
The apartment looked as if it had just been renovated—everything was modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. The location was excellent, with the metro station just a couple of minutes away, making it easy to explore Paris using public transportation.
There are also several restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and bakeries nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance.
The best part is the value for money. Paris can be an expensive city, and we were so happy to find a place that offers such an excellent balance of quality, comfort, location, and price. It was truly one of the best value accommodations we could have hoped for.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Paris.

It was well located.
Misrepresentation online. States that there are two washrooms. To our surprise when we arrived to find only one toilet, located outside the washrooms. With 3 adults and 1 child, this would have been useful to specify in the apartment details.🫣
Also, the staff were late to receive us to hand over keys, even after confirming several times our arrival time which was exact.
The television wires were dismantled and it did not work, which we had to wait for. We were not there to watch TV, but after long days out, it would have been appreciated as it was in the contract.
