The room was so spacious, neat and clean.
The bathroom also looks so clean and comfortable to stay in.
The service and parking was reserve for every guest.
The location is so strategic and walkway for every place.
The lobby is on the 1st floor. Need a little effort to use lift for registeration.

I like this hotel as it is strategically located, near to foods stall and a supermarket just on the lowest floor, it also provide free parking within the mall which is convenience even it is on rainy day. And the staffs are attentive and polite, thumb up for the staffs.

Staff friendly
Overall okay but easy to hear the sound of the next guest when they close & lock the door. Too noisy if u have a child maybe they can wake up. Please remaind the guest not to noise until midnight
