Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt im Zentrum und fußläufig zu allem, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Bus, Restaurants). Wir waren sehr froh, über das Wasser am Anreisetag und fanden auch die Kommunikation mit den Hosts gut, auch wenn diese ausschließlich über WhatsApp stattfand.
Leider fiel während unseres Aufenthaltes das WiFi aus, was etwas nervig war und erst nach 5 Tagen repariert wurde. In der Küche fehlen ein scharfes Messer, Schere, Brettchen und ein Pfannenwender. Die Klimaanlage ist super, aber da man sie nur anschalten kann, wenn man in der Wohnung ist, ist es abends doch extrem warm im Sommer. Im Schlafzimmer wäre vielleicht ein Ventilator ganz gut.

L’appartement est très bien placé, en plein cœur de la ville de Zante. Il y a un balcon qui surplombe la rue qui rend les soirs d’été très agréables!

Uitstekende locatie, voetgangersgebied, supermarkt, bakker restaurants etc. om de hoek. Leuke winkeltjes in de omgeving. Dichtbij strand en haven/boulevard. Het appartement kun je heel lekker alle ramen/deuren opzetten om het te laten door tochten. Daarnaast een geweldige airco én een ventilator.
Badkamer en keuken ietwat gedateerd. Wel schoon. Keuken benodigdheden (scherp mes, snijplankje etc) kom je tekort als je zelf iets wil maken. Maar ach, ja...de restaurants liggen om de hoek.

¡El apartamento "Attic flat Tsoukalas Group" fue simplemente maravilloso! Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica de la ciudad, a pocos pasos de la Plaza Solomos, el puerto, la Plaza de San Marcos, cafeterías, restaurantes, tiendas y un supermercado; ideal para quienes quieren tenerlo todo al alcance, incluso sin coche. Las administradoras fueron excelentes: respondían de inmediato a cualquier consulta y siempre eran amables y dispuestas a ayudar.
El balcón del apartamento es realmente una joya, con una vista única hacia la colina de Bohali. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de un café o una copa de vino al final del día. Y la propietaria... ¡simplemente encantadora! Su dulzura y los pastelitos que nos ofreció representan a la perfección la auténtica hospitalidad griega; te hace sentir verdaderamente bienvenido desde el primer momento.
¡Sin duda, volvería a elegirlo y lo recomiendo totalmente!
