The property was ideal for visiting Canterbury for a few days for a wedding. There was a very good local pub within easy walking distance. The staff member on site was really helpful with local recommendations. The property was very clean and well equipped. The area around our accommodation was quiet, which was ideal. There is a train line close by, but we were not disturbed at night at all. There was a balcony, where we were able to sit outside in the sun.
We didn't have much time to see the local area.

Could have been cleaner all over (layers of dust on all decorative items, cobwebs on all light fittings/corners/ curtains) interior soft furnishings are tired and need a deep clean, broken light fittings, mouldy shower sealants, broken door fittings.
The on-site customer service by the park was shocking, the food overpriced and horrendous (had to wait for 1.5hrs without the offer of compensation or discount for 2 mains and 2 sides, all under cooked), been told by main reception how pool site works to then show up what was said to be "after hours of needing to buy time slots" to be informed by a member of staff from the restaurant (who was on a smoking break opposite the pool), that we still need to buy entertainment passes to access, none of it mention by reception/ check in staff.
