Great value, really comfortable

Great communication with staff when we had an issue checking in, really helpful. Property had everything we needed.

Good place for a few nights.

Great location, can get to the start of the old town in a few mins. Overall building is nice and quiet. Apartment has everything you need - washing machine, oven, microwave, cooker, dishwasher.

Bit of a musky smell in the apartment which I couldn’t work out where it was coming from. Parking is mentioned in the title but has to be paid for - feel that is a bit cheeky/unnecessary. Felt like it could’ve been a bit cleaner, things were left behind the sofa etc.

Dirty and noisy place, privacy not respected

The only positive thing about this accomodation is it's location.

The biggest issue for us was the complete disrespect of our privacy. Before booking, we specifically asked whether there was an ironing board available, and we were told yes, both an iron and ironing board were provided. When we arrived, there was no ironing board. I contacted the host, who said they would bring one and put it in the apartment if I allow them. I clearly told them not to enter the apartment while we were away because all our personal belongings were inside. Despite this explicit request, they still entered the apartment without our permission while we were out, without even contacting me on the phone to make sure that we are okay with this. But apart from that it is still one of the worst places we've ever stayed in. The apartment was extremely dirty. The kitchen counter was sticky from grease and dirt, and the whole place had a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom or drains, I don't know the exact source. The host clearly tried to cover it up by spraying the fake plastic plants next to the bed with an artificial strawberry air freshener (?), which made the bedroom smell even worse. We only realized this later and had to move the plants outside the "balcony" to be able to sleep. The apartment itself was also very dark, with all windows and entrance facing an enclosed shared corridor with bars/grids in front of them because people constantly walk past. It felt uncomfortable and nothing like the bright apartment photos. The bedroom furniture was also in terrible condition. The headboard literally came off the wall and fell on our heads one night. Noise insulation is basically non-existent. We could hear everything from neighboring apartments all day and night: loud music, conversations, people moving around from early morning. Resting properly was impossible. Would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend for anyone.

Rancid smell and poor customer service. Avoid!!!

The location is fairly good, just 10 minutes walk from the Old Town. The bed was also pretty comfortable.

The shower and sink leak, which means there is standing water on the floor of the bathroom all the time. There is very little ventilation and the air conditioning doesn't work, with the owners saying they can't find anyone to fix it. Even if they can, the water on the floor has already given the apartment a really bad rancid smell which makes you feel a bit sick and won't go away without a lot of work. The owners admit they have a problem, but haven't done anything to fix the issue or compensate us, and have been really poor at customer service throughout our experience. For early check in they wanted to charge 40 euros for a couple of hours, even though they said there hadn't been anyone staying at the apartment for quite a while (which was one thing they blamed the smell on). They said the charge is because the cleaners would have had to come earlier in the day, but they could easily have sent them the same time a day earlier, but they chose not to and just wanted to make 40 euros rather than make their guests happy.

Gera lokacija - netoli miesto centras, parduotuvės, maisto įstaigos ir metro stotis

Įėjus visada patalpose sklido nemalonus kvapas. Lova buvo labai maža, vaikinui kojos visad būdavo ore, tad miegoti nėra itin patogu aukštesniems žmonėms. Duše esanti sienelė nėra pritvirtinta, tad pro jos apatinę dalį prisitaškydavo daug vandens. To rezultate grindys vonios kambaryje buvo visad šlapios. Virtuvėje nebuvo stalo įrankių - šaukštų ir šakučių, tik peilis ir mentelė. Dalis indų buvo purvini - prikibę maisto likučiai ant lėkščių.
