The personal touch of the staff/owner
The ease of access with issuing the remote for the gate, which allowed easy access in and out of the property.
Very friendly and caring owner.
Very understanding and allowed easy smooth extension of our stay was a very.smooth check-in.
Please supply more towels to the rooms even if there is a holding deposit for them.
The place seems to be busy with renovations.
The bathtub 🛀 qas blocked 🚫 couldn't be used.
Not a fan of a shared bathroom, but it was not busy, so it was ok.

Marie and her husband are absolutely Wonderful. not only was everything ready for us when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the house.The Rooms are beautiful and fully equipped. They go above and beyond, Marie even had a small sample of her delicious food for us. They had suggestions, and were available 24/7 for us. The kitchen is amazing and available for use at anytime.... they even have private pool tables that are free for use. We love the Chic. Definitely a place to stay while traveling through. or just a little weekend getaway.
we didnt have anything that we didnt like. this place is 10 out of 10

Nice staff
No electricity at all. And it has nothing to do with load shedding. I guess the place did not pay their bill.
