The open main air-conditioned living area includes kitchen, dining area and living area with a 60-inch smart TV. Three oversized bedrooms all equipped with air-conditioning, queen beds and ample storage space. This is a second story walk up property. There are 2.5 bathrooms all stocked with linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and first aid kit. There is a laundry closet in the hall with washer and dryer for your use. Off the living room and kitchen area, patio doors lead you to a wonderful sitting area with patio set and table on the balcony. From there you can take the spiral stairs up to the open rooftop. Lost gate access remotes are $100 to replace and pool/house keys are $75 should they be lost or broken. You will have access y the main pool and small fitness center during your stay.
