UTILITIES The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high. All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (ac). If you are running the Ac, please ensure doors and windows remain closed. Bookings have a 12% VAT tax, which is standard on all bookings in Turks and Caicos. This tax will appear as a resort fee on your receipt.

Incredible stay at Eden Townhouse, it was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Everything worked great for us and the location was ideal. We had an amazing relaxing time on the island! Thanks!

Neko is great and very helpful! Located in great, quiet neighborhood. A car is a must have. The community is quiet and calm and just what we needed.

Property Manager was exemplary; addressed all issues and reparations immediately Property was beautiful, well positioned for a group of six for excursions, food, dining and comfort. Would recommend it to parties of 6; perfect size. This was our third visit to the island and we enjoyed our stay ! Thank you Neko!

Our family of 7 stayed at this house during our visit to TCI. The house is very short drive to grocery store and Grace Bay. The neighborhood is very peaceful and nice. We also used the community pool one day and it was really clean. The house is also very clean and just as described.
