This house had more than enough room for our weekend of 8 adults/4 kids. The upstairs bunk area is very spacious. The house had everything we needed kitchen wise, if you’re grilling i would bring some extra pans or serving ware in case. The host was very quick to response to all my messages. Short golf cart ride to the beach. VERY close to the Valero gas station and the big store which was very convenient. Great stay overall!

Quite neighborhood, restful environment. We had what we needed and anything we didn't have the store was just 2 miles up the road. Home Owner is very communicative and friendly. We had no issues at all. Really had a great time.

The golf cart rental was within walking distance as well as the ocean. The big store and multiple restaurants were a short drive by golf cart on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will be back in the future.

The family had such a great time stay at this property, it had everything we needed. Beach equipment, grill, place to cook and everything else that we needed to enjoy our weekend getaway.

We had the best time at this beach house. I have used VRBO for many years and this was by far the best experience! The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful this made the whole experience seamless! We had11 people for our family vacation ranging from 11 years old to 70 years old! It was great for the whole family! Minutes from the beach and private access made it the perfect spot! We took our trucks down and backed right up to the water during the day and then back at night for crab hunting! Kyle also recommended A place for live entertainment and food on Saturday! It was minutes from the house with gorgeous views, great music and delicious food! I would recommend this house and host 1000%!

Finally found a host that only asks us to take out trash and run dishwasher. Did not have a gazillionm ridiculous house rules. Host was very prompt with responses, forth coming about an appliance not working, and very welcoming. He sent us a list of cooking spices, and bath items that are available for us. They have this toddler dining chair for you to use. I have a teenager so didn't need it but thought it is useful to know for parents w/ small toddler. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smell like the ones they use at the spa. King beds were comfortable and did not squeak. 2 full bathrooms and convenient half bath. Convenient location near beach. We could have walked but drove bc we didn't want to carry the chairs, umbrella, floats, coolers and towels. The AC worked awesome. Sat outside, ate dinner while getting in a great view for July 4th fireworks that lasted more than an hour. Definitely will be back if available for booking. Thanks Kyle!

The owner communicated quickly with us if we had questions. They provided all the essential dishes we needed to cook with. Also, provided us beach towels etc. The linens are good. And love having the washer ans dryer.

Had a great experience at the rental close to the beach and easy check-in owner great and easy to communicate with house was nice and clean when we got there. Really enjoined our time there felt very homey!
