Located in Munds Park, this charming cabin for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This comfy 3 Bedroom 2 baths A-frame cabin is located in Munds Park, AZ. This beautiful, residential, safe "Mayberry like" community is 20 minutes south of Flagstaff, 40 minutes south of Snow Bowl, 45 minutes from Sedona, and 1 hour 45 minutes from Grand Canyon. Munds Park has 3 restaurants, a convenience store, 4 wheeler rentals, Lake O'Dell, hiking trails, and beautiful quiet streets to stroll. The space Our cabin is unique as it is one of the few A-Frames with AC/Heat. This cabin was just remodeled and everything is brand new! Kitchen is well stocked with all the basic cooking necessities. We are far enough away from the freeway so there isn’t any road noise. Guest access You have the whole entire cabin to yourself. Parking for multiple vehicles including trailer parking on property. Other things to note - The roads are plowed regularly during the winter season, however we suggest you drive a car with AWD/4WD/4X4. - Our driveway is plowed within 24 hours of snowfall, in the evenings. If any problems arise don't hesitate to contact us. - There is one external camera facing the front door for security reasons. - The home sleeps a total of 11 guests.

I booked this spot for my family to celebrate my dad going away on a new adventure & it was such a perfect home for it. Eight of us adults fit comfortably.
Everyone was back & forth from the kitchen to the porch so having the pocket doors open & available during the day was divine! And in the evening everyone loved hanging around the kitchen playing card games & Jenga. It’s exactly the reason I booked this space.
Every single thing after that was a bonus. To the cleanliness, Shawn’s prompt communication, all the needed kitchen utensils, the comfort/ coziness, the location, etc.
It would be a place I’d 100% re-book and make it a tradition. So grateful for Shawn offering this home for families to make memories in! Thank you!!

Our family had a delightful time in the adorable
A-frame in the woods! It was clean and cozy and comfy for all. We enjoyed sledding right on the property and lots of snowmen building. Definitely planning on returning for a new Family Tradition!

Our family of 4 adults and 3 young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home! The home has all modern amenities inside and very clean. It was cold outside during our stay but the heater and fireplace were easy to operate to keep us warm and cozy inside. The property is easy to get to and close to Flagstaff for any dining, shopping, etc if needed. We felt very safe in the community/area the property is located. The church and fire station nearby made us feel even safer. We also liked the quick drive to coffee and pastries at Kato! I’d definitely recommend this property at Munds Park!

We had a great 2 nights that this cozy A-frame in Munds Park. We used it as our base for a weekend of hiking outside of Flagstaff. Loved the quiet neighborhood and great communication with the host. Modern amenities inside with lots of space and very, very clean! We would definitely recommend and we hope to stay here again!

This home was so comfortable & clean. Everything you could need was there. It was beautiful inside & out and we never even wanted to leave. Shawn was also so great with communication and made sure all questions we had were answered! HIGHLY recommend staying here. Also, the beds are like clouds. I slept so good!

My friends and I had a girls weekend away up north. It's hard for us to all get a trip in with our schedules. This trip was awesome. Much needed and everyone was in love with the house and it's the perfect location. 25ish min to downtown flag or 45 to Sedona. The property was clean and welcoming. Decor was so cute and right on trend. If I had any issues Shawn was easy to get a hold of and very nice and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

The house is beautiful . It is as comfortable as being home and the location is not as bad of a drive to the scenic places we wanted to go to . The property manager is very accommodating, he made sure we have what we needed .

The perfectly updated cabin in the woods. I love this Munds park property. Love that the master is upstairs and the kids’ bunks are on the main floor. My 13 yo daughter and her friends loved the cabin. Just enough space. I’ll definitely be back.

The cabin was so cute, its only a short distance from a lake to go fishing!!! 25 minutes from flagstaff and 40 from sedona!! I felt like we had the full az run around to check out new locations and shops. The kids had a blast!!
The neighborhood is very quiet so I think we did some whispering 🤣
The place is legit overall so comfy, the landlord was easy to keep in contact with to.so relaxing and we are already planning another trip!

Shabby Chic Haven
We had an excellent stay in Munds Park. The check-in process was exceptional and the host was very personable and helpful. The accommodations were so comfortable. The decor made it feel like we were in a shabby chic cottage. We look forward to a winter trip. Would highly recommend this cabin.

Awesome place to stay!
This home was great for our two families (4 adults and 4 children) and we would definitely stay again. It was decorated beautifully but still warm and inviting so our kids felt like they could enjoy themselves also. The kitchen was fully stocked, the patio was set up perfect for all of us to relax, and the owners were easy to contact and so welcoming. Great option to get out of the heat!

Our family stayed here for a few days and the owners and house exceeded our expectations. Owner easy to work with us and allowed us an early check in with no hassle. Rented this beautiful cabin because my daughter had a soccer tournament up in Flagstaff and this was a short drive to NAU. The home was beautiful and peaceful. Wish we would have had more time to enjoy it. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again some day. Owner was great, house was cozy and had pretty much everything you need.
