You name it, it's here. In addition to these furnishings, the home has a fully furnished basement with UHD LED TV & Firestick, full sized pool table & pool cues, and countless board games for all to enjoy! If you need to work from home, we have got you covered with a desk and office chair! Send the kids downstairs so the adults can gather upstairs or switch it up:) Master on main level with full bath, two additional LARGE bedrooms upstairs also with full bath and large loft area with a Queen Sofa Bed. Upper & Lower Driveways accommodate up to 7 vehicles (without trailers). On-Street Parking and parking on at neighboring properties is NOT permitted. Copy of Government issued ID required for all confirmed booking/guests to be provided via the VRBO Inbox. 3-4 night minimum stays on ALL holidays. Munds Park is a WONDERFUL community and lends itself to enjoyment year round! Escape the heat of the valley during the warmer months and immerse yourselves in a winter wonderland during the cooler months! Many families utilize off road vehicles and UTV's during the summer months and make the most of the hundreds of miles of forest service roads in the area on public land. The same can be said for snow mobiling on the same roads during winter! Casa de Marino Chalet did not disappoint! My husband and I decided to have a small family reunion with our 4 kids, their spouses/significant others, and our 2 grandchildren as a Mother’s and Father’s Day gift to each other. Any blips we had were easily rectified because Ivy and Tad are great hosts who communicate efficiently with their guests. We loved that we could walk to Kota’s Coffee Shop fairly quickly and could take walks around the neighborhood in the cool mountain air. We utilized the game room almost every night playing pool and dominoes and just visiting. The bedrooms are comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked. I don’t hesitate to give this listing a 5-star review from top to bottom!

Nestled in the pine trees, this lovely A-Frame cabin offers gorgeous views out every window. Sit outside on the deck to enjoy the amazing mountain air. The home is equipped with all you need and quite clean. Beds are comfy. And the cabin manages to feel cozy while still being roomy. We loved our stay.

Very enjoyable stress free stay. Communication with owners was great. Zero complaints! Kids loved the basement area, adults loved the patio and big rooms. Plenty of room and beds and perfect location for day trips to flagstaff!

Great patio time!
I brought my elderly mom to the mountains to escape the heat. We enjoyed and spent a lot of time on the great patio. The beds were comfy, plenty of room for our family. I was a little disappointed that the large window in the dining room did not open, and one of the other windows was missing a screen. We were only able to open 2 little windows in the family room. The neighborhood was very nice, but we could hear the highway noise from the I-17. Overall we had a really good time!

Great place for large group
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood at end of a cul-de-sac with very little traffic noise. Large wrap around patio with private eating area was nice. Although the neighborhood is not in a town/city, Flagstaff is just minutes away to groceries, walmart etc....The property has a nice floor plan to give everyone "elbow room" . Some minor updates might be needed to improve aesthetics and overall appearance. The neighborhood had a nice park with playground equipment to take small grandchildren. We also enjoyed the goodies in the Welcome Bag (nice surprise after a long driving journey). My wife appreciated the well equipped kitchen as she enjoys cooking.

Great house for big family
Was really impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking pots/pans/dishes/tupperware made cooking easy. Also really liked all the bedding-nice sheets/comforters/pillows. It was a little cold, but the fireplace helped warm pretty fast.

We had all the amenities we needed for our family, including for the little ones. Proximity to highway makes it accessible to Flagstaff and Sedona. Tad and Ivy were proactive in communicating and very responsive to my messages. I would definitely recommend this property!

Family getaway
This is a great house in a nice neighborhood, but there is construction going on 2 doors down that started at 7am on Saturday. The neighbor behind had a forklift going at the same time which was really loud and smelled of gasoline so we couldn't sit outside for long which was kind of a bummer. We were respectful of the quiet hours so it was disappointing that we were unable to relax and sit outside. There was confusion about the bed situation at the last minute that left a 13 yr old boy in a pull out ottoman that he was too tall for. We selected the house based in the bed situation due to the adult/kid ratio and appropriate sleeping arrangements so that was less than ideal. The owner I'd very nice and responsive but we probably wouldn't stay here again under these circumstances.

Conveniently located right off I-17, allowing easy access to surrounding sites (grand canyon, flagstaff, sedona, etc).
Host is wonderful to work with and responds quickly to queries and concerns.
Home is a dated, but clean and well stocked to make a visit comfortable.
Host provides a book with good information in it, but also contains a lot of do's and don'ts. It, along with the laminated cards posted through out the living areas is a bit off putting.
We probably wouldn't chose this location again, but found it very acceptable for the family gathering we rented it for.

I had a great stay and it was a lovely house. The owners were very friendly and helpful. My kids had a blast and we really enjoyed our time there. It would have been nice if the pool table and cues were in better condition; we avoided playing any because of the fear of making damaging the table or cues further. The construction on the 2 neighboring cabins during the day took away from the otherwise nice surroundings and neighbors. It was very enjoyable in the afternoon when the construction had stopped. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

Senior Success
We should title this one NOISE AND QUIET! The cabin was quite comfortable for six senior adults. We found it quite noisy on the weekdays as there were two large cabins on the culdesac next to us being renovated and built. The weekend was nice and quiet as the construction workers were not present. Needless to say it was more than we anticipated. We were thankful that most of our days were filled with sightseeing and we were not at the cabin. All in all the cabin was cozy and comfortable.

Ideal
This is a nice home in a quiet neighborhood that was just ideal for us. It is very well furnished and equipped, with easy access to Flagstaff and Sedona and other parts of the upper state. Ivy was terrific to send appropriate emails and respond to any of our questions. Grandson thought playroom was special. Would highly recommend this lovely chalet!

Had left over food items (cookies, water bottles) , clothes in drawers etc
Driveway was full of snow and slippery as it had snowed a day before, spent a good 30 min clearing snow to get to the door

Overall the cabin was nice, main level and basement were great places to gather together for games, eating, etc...
The only drawback was that it slept 6 comfortably and the pull out beds were less than adequate. The basement pull out beds were very uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through the mattress.
All in all a fun getaway and the hosts were helpful and gracious in everyway.

The house was very comfortable and clean. We were surprised it was so crowded by neighboring homes, as the photos made it appear much grander and open. The heater didn't keep the house warm at all so we had to use the fireplace more than we would have liked. There were no matches or kindling to get the fire going.

Awesome getaway weekend in a nice cabin
Nice cabin, and location. Really nice to walk to the local tails, located close to Flagstaff and Sedona.

- House next door is under construction (early bird wakeup with construction horns and wood working banging)
- Required House cleaning chores at checkout (trash, sheets, sweep, counter wipe downs, furniture left as when check in, and trash bins to the curb)
This was my first experience staying at a cabin or using VRBO, I would still recommend as it was a really good experience for myself and my family. The renters are super friendly and very communicative.

We had an amazing Christmas here. And easy one. The cabin was already decorated and had a tree. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to host dinner. We just loved this place!

Great Stay and Relaxing
We had a great time and really enjoyed our time. The cabin was comfortable and cozy. The photos make it look bigger than it really is but there was definitely enough space for our group and more. The only feedback I would say that needs work is that if you are charging for a non refundable cleaning fee, then do not ask your customers to take the sheets off the bed and put them as well as the towels in the laundry room. In addition, don’t ask to have the dishes all washed and emptied from the dishwasher. I understand that you don’t want a total mess left behind. But if I am going to do all the dishes, put dirty laundry in the laundry room, wipe down all the countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, sweep and vacuum the entire house and take out all of the trash I should not be paying you cleaning charges. Just my .02. Again overall nice stay minus this one observation.
