The hotel was in a fantastic location overlooking the harbour. We were lucky enough to be there for the Armata festival and we could see and all the festivities from the balcony of our room. The fireworks were spectacular. The room and bathroom were large and cleaned every day.
No tea and coffee making facilities in the room but they had a lovely cafe underneath the hotel.

Location, staff were helpful and friendly.
The beds for us were way too soft, we both woke up with backaches every day.
Breakfast area was badly laid out and was chaotic, which resulted in it be congested and people trying to get past others with trays. People would fill the large glasses provided for orange juice, leaving us and others without. Small glasses would be a much better option. Herbal tea would be great (eg ginger, lemon, mint etc), however green tea and black tea are not herbal teas.
Bathroom was very compact, however we are tall and 6ft +. Getting in and out was interesting with those small glass shower doors. Hot water plentiful. Toiletries provided too which was great.

Excellent location on the harbour very close to ferry.
Simple vegan options available for breakfast with plant based milk - limited to cereal, fruit and milk..
Nice balcony.
Toilet seat was broken.
Quite dated for the price.
Bed was extremely soft.
When we checked in, the manager saw it was our 25th wedding anniversary, so showed us an upgraded room - only to ask us for 20 Euro extra to move.
