We stayed here whilst visiting relatives in the area. The house was ideally suited to us for this. Near plenty of shops and bus stops if needed. The house was situated in a nice area and we had good communication with the hosts.
My only disappointment with the house was the mattresses. All of them need replacing as you could feel the springs coming through them which made bedtime a little uncomfortable, so unfortunately I have had to mark comfort down on my review.

The location was good, close to lots of shops and bus links. The house was clean and appeared to have been freshly painted. Sofas and Beds were comfortable, dining area with table chairs in the kitchen. A welcoming touch was a Christmas Tree in the living room.
There was no WIFI box and no remote control for the television. It took four days before the WIFI was sorted, this was a big problem for us with three tech mad children in the house and a husband in America who we were unable to contact. There was insufficient cutlery and crockery for a family of four (example only 1 mug and no teacups). the oven was not working and had to be repaired and there was no microwave. There was only one front door key and we had to request a key for the back door. One upstairs radiator was broken, however this was at the top of the stairs and the heat rising from downstairs kept the bedroom warm. No clothes drying rack.
