The location is quite good, a 10 minute walk to most of Coimbra.
It would have been helpful to know in advance that cars are not allowed on the street where the apartment is located and that most nearby parking is paid.
As for the apartment itself, there were several issues: the bed was uncomfortable, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the toilet flush was not working properly, and the soundproofing only applied to the walls—not the ceiling—so noise from the family staying above us was clearly audible.
These issues significantly affected our comfort during the stay.
