Great stay in Leamington.

Location amazing, size fantastic. Very nice 2 bed appartment for a family get away.

Single glazed sash windows, while absolutely beautiful in the day, let some hustle & bustle in at the night - we didn't mind, but worth pointing out if you are light sleepers. Could do with a restock soon, the cutlery & glassware was a bit diminished.

Great potential, will be 10/10 with a few tweaks

This place has the potential to be an amazing place to stay. Location is amazing and it's a cool flat. Beds were very comfy

The furniture situation in the living room / kitchen was slightly odd. There weren't enough comfy chairs for four people, I'd recommend another armchair or sofa. Also it seemed strange that there was a kitchen but no dining table or anywhere for four people to eat. There was plenty of space for one, so I think that would improve the flat. Also the cleaning in the bathrooms was not great, I personally had to pull a bunch of hair out of the drain of the shower because the shower tray filled up after about a minute because it couldn't drain. The sinks also were not very well cleaned in the bathrooms. Also it seemed strange that only one towel per room was put out, and spares were put in the wardrobe.

Very disappointed. Parking was a good walk a way. Not suitable for families. Not suitable for a romantic getaway.

There was a leak into the bathroom from the flat above. No reduction in price. No interest in making sure we were ok.

The access is via a bar downstairs. Noisy and felt uncomfortable bringing my children to the apartment through drunken crowd. Not a nice terrace- no privacy.. only a rope between terrace of the next property- didn’t feel safe- had to make sure the patio door locked up. Only a two seater sofa in the lounge.

location was extremely convenient. beautiful view. large terrace. staff was extremely helpful while never being intrusive. the restaurant below has great food and drinks, however, other restaurants and shops are very close. cannot wait to come back and stay there again.

Lovely apartment, great staff, very relaxing

we were already staying there and needed to extend additional days. we couldn't get the same room but the manager did his magic and we were able to stay in the same room.

Disappointing as a nicely finished flat in a good location, but cleanliness let it down.

Central location and finished to a decent standard.

Cleanliness. The flat hadn't been cleaned properly. No hovering or mopping, bins were full of rubbish. Staff did hover and take some rubbish after we made them aware. The whole flat needs a good mop.

Perfect in every way!

Absolutely beautiful apartment!! Very clean, great facilities & the balcony has great views! Fab location and walking distance to everything. The restaurant/bar downstairs is lovely & great atmosphere! We will definitely visit again!

A gorgeous apartment with a fabulous terrace

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with en suite bathrooms in each bedroom and comfortable beds. The kitchen lounge area is spacious, but the absolute highlight is the private terrace where we could sit and enjoy drinks before heading over to Warwick. The bar below is very clearly the nicest bar in Leamington Spa and busy in the evenings.

Our room had not been made up on arrival which was a bit disappointing but this was very quickly rectified when we flagged with the owner. Access to the apartments is from the bar terrace which means you have to navigate the nightlife, this wasn't an issue for us as however.

Well presented apartment, really good location

Bit of building work on Saturday morning so woken up at 8:00am with noise, could have been warned by the host.

Luxury and relaxation in a central Leamington Spa location

The apartment was laid out over five floors (including the entrance and a laundry room) - which made it quirky and more enjoyable. Couldn't believe the amount of space! The copper bath in the bedroom was amazing. Brilliant location - we enjoyed delicious cocktails in the bar downstairs. Great to have the hosts readily available in case of any issues. Beautiful park, restaurants and shops within 1 minute walk.

Lighting could have been more cosy - more lamps. We really liked having five floors but it would not suit someone with limited mobility.

Well equipped, spacious apartment in a great location

Great location, ideal for exploring the town. Spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment. Quality bedding and a mattress - we had a great sleep. Two ensuites were a great bonus.

Beautiful apartments in a historic town

A sympathetic renovation of a beautiful Regency building. Our apartment was minimalist in style with clean modern lines but retaining original features. Loved the decor, the fit-out and the views over the river and Jephson Gardens. The rooms were very clean, warm and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with fitted hob and cooker, fridge, freezer, sink and dishwasher. It also had ample cupboard space. We needed advice and extra equipment during our stay and the staff and management in the Terrace Restaurant on the ground floor were outstanding, unflappable and unfailingly helpful.

The kitchen area included a large island with comfortable bar furniture designed for informal dining. I'd have preferred a table and more than the three bar chairs provided. Housekeeping could be a bit sharper. The anticipated toiletries were missing from the bathrooms, as was a towel in the cloakroom and the hairdryer. Tablets for the dishwasher would have been helpful also. Crockery and cutlery provided in the kitchen area was limited, there were no table knives or dinner plates. A baking tray or oven dish would also be useful. A quick inventory of the apartment referenced to the guests expected would be a good thing to introduce.

Modern & Clean locations is good, but noisy at weekends due to the bar underneath.

Communication was poor. there is a lot of stairs and no lift, it would be helpful to state this clearly. No user manual Wi-Fi is poor. Heating didn’t work and we were told someone would come out. they didn’t turn up. we were cold. The apartment is for 4 people. Yet there isn’t enough crockery, or seating or utensils for 4 people. There is a height restriction too. No where to hang coats or put shoes. such a shame as it has great potential, we left disappointed.

Very clean and modern and was a comfortable stay but not enough lounge space for all of us. Manager were amazing.
