The property was beautiful. It was well kept and really spacious. All the staff were friendly and helpful and managed to find a nice balance between offering support and leaving us to enjoy our holiday. They were attentive when we asked for help and on the odd occasion we needed something seeing to the response was prompt. Both indoor and outdoor space was ample. And the view from the villa, particularly at sunrise, was amazing.
The access road and parking was all a bit tight. Not so much that it was a negative but if you’re in an SUV then parking at some of the villas was tricky. But I think it depends which villa you get.

It’s a very beautiful property, exactly as it looks in the photos. Good location as well.
When we arrived, we were informed AC in the living area is not working and some technicians will come to fix it. We came back from a long flight and were expecting some privacy but technicians took long time to fix it but eventually they did.
We were informed that there will be a power cut from the electricity department during our stay from 9am to 3pm and it was terrible as we had long night and went to bed late, we woke up due to power cut as the entire villa felt like if it’s on fire without air conditioning. There are no back up generators or and atleast they could hve provided us battery operated fans or something.
Finally, on the last day the WiFi also broke, considering it’s on the valley, network/5G connection is slow.
