We have Level 2 charging (11 miles per hour of charging) with both J1772 and Tesla adapters to connect the charger to your vehicle. There are a number of free parking options available - one parking space in the garage and ample street-side parking to the north (1700 South) and east (West Temple) of the townhome. Family travelers, we have a high chair, pack & play, and children's plates/utensils for your convenience. There are also a number of board games available in the cabinets under the coffee station. Business guests, the master bedroom has a desk where you can work if needed. We offer high-speed internet capable of streaming those important work calls. OTHER DETAILS - There are three levels in the townhome with two staircases that ascend to each subsequent level. - There is a doorbell camera on the front of the townhome. There is also a camera in the garage. There are NO CAMERAS within the interior of the home. - The townhome is an end unit. It shares one wall with neighbors. On occasion, you may hear slight noise. - The pantry is locked and not available for use; we store supplies there. The utility closet is also locked. Please do not try and enter these spaces. - There are lockboxes in the garage for the pantry, utility closet, and internet box. Please do not attempt to access these boxes.
