This large, open space condo located within the Villas at Zermatt Resort offers many wonderful and exciting elegant accommodations with world-class amenities & facilities. The Zermatt resort offers mountain views, high-end dining, and close vicinity to many outdoor recreational activities such as hiking, golf, off-roading, skiing, and much more. This particular unit offers much more open space than others and ability to sleep 5-6 guests. This condo features include beautiful natural stone slate floors and granite countertops in the kitchen and granite surround in the bathrooms. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a unique European breakfast nook for dinning near the living room. This unit has a larger than normal living room area and nook for dining. This unit also offers a fireplaces allowing guests a relaxing and memorable experience. The unit has a larger master bedroom with a king sized bed for comfortable sleeping. Additionally, there is couch bed in the living room that will also sleep two quests. The master bedroom is separated by a locking door to the living room. The living room could be used a bedroom as well because it has a closet, couch bed, and attached full bath. There is only one official bedroom but it could be used as two bedrooms if you desire, the living room being the 2nd bedroom. Furthermore, there are blow-up mattresses in the closet for an additional two guests. With all the space in this condo you will be able to sleep 5-6 comfortably. As a guest you will also have access to resort pools, hot tub, tennis courts, golf course, mini-golf, gym, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, life-size chess, ski gear rental, offroad SxS/RZR rentals, and spa. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of activities The Zermatt Resort has plenty to offer. The resort offers hot water waterfall indoor hot tub. Guests can swim in both the indoor & outdoor swimming pools to cool off during the warm summer months or to stay warm during chilly snowstorms. The year-round swimming pools offer indoor & outdoor experience. Guests will also enjoy the Wellness Center with a 5,000 sq. ft. gym offering fitness equipment ranging from over 15 cardio machines, machine weights and free weights. The rental unit is on the second floor of a resort designed with a Swiss Alpine theme. Our place was clean. Everything worked as it should. The host was readily available and communicative. It may be worth noting that at the time (December 2023) the carpets in the hallways we're pulled up... likely in the process of replacement. Nothing that would interfere with the experience in your unit but perhaps worth knowing beforehand. And be sure to understand this unit has 2 beds... one in a bedroom with the other a pull out in the common area. And 2 full baths.

We had a wonderful time at Zermatt! This condo was perfect for us and we had everything we needed. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The price was right too which made it possible for us to stop here for a short visit on the way home from family Thanksgiving in Nevada. There are tons of great activities in the area (we did a dairy farm tour and the Polar Express train). We would love to come back in the summer and spend more time here!

Beautiful location and facilities, quiet neighborhood, relaxing, with nice amenities. Smaller condo than I expected, Great for 2 people(adults) can fit 4 adults. Good place for family of with smaller kids.

We were very happy with our stay in Kristi's and Breg's condo. It met all our needs and more: beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and pillows, clean, great indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and pool. Just loved it. We appreciated getting the directions and the access code a day prior to our arrival. Just one note about the rug in the living room, one can easily trip on it. Would love to stay there again.

The unit was perfect for our family of 3. Any small issues were promptly handled by Kristi, as was the large issue when we accidentally locked ourselves out (she saved us!) I woud rebook in a heartbeat.

The rental was much no larger than I expected. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. The pool was big. We enjoyed having a kitchen to use. We had a question while there and the property owners were quick to respond. It would have been nice to have a hot pad to use and an extra kitchen towel. Great place and we would go again

This was our first experience ever staying at Zermatt, and we really enjoyed it! We love how close it is to Wasatch Mountain State Park. The kitchen was well stocked, but I did feel like I needed to wash the dishes before I used them. We pulled several items out of the cupboard that looked like the dishwasher hadn’t fully removed all of the food from previous usage. I would also have appreciated having a dish rag to use. The only thing available to wash the dishes (other than the dishwasher) were paper towels and a previously used sponge. We loved having a fireplace, especially at this time of year. The large jetted tub was also a plus. It was nice to come back and soak after a day of snowshoeing. The pool area was nice, and we liked that it was indoor/outdoor. We would have liked the hot tub to be warmer, though! One thing that I think the owners should address ASAP is getting rid of the area rug in the living area. It is a tremendous tripping hazard! I lost track of how many times I tripped over the multiple lumps and bumps and edges, and I was extremely grateful I never fell and whacked my head on any of the furniture. We tried straightening the rug out a few times, but eventually gave up. Whether you replace it or not, that one needs to go!

We love this Location, the zurmatt is great resort for winter adventures, great restaurants and shopping. The room was well maintained but was not very well stocked, there weren't enough towels or linens especially as the extra beds were blow up mattresses. Overall we would book with this rental again, we had fun.

We booked this place as it is listed as a 2 bed/ 2 bath and common living space. We’ve stayed at the Zermatt and reserved the 2 bedroom-2 bath places before and have had a wondering experience. Upon arrival, there was only one bedroom and a living room with inflatable mattresses. I called the owner and she answered and said “I’ve had this call before (someone complaining about the missing bedroom) but there isn’t anything I can do.” And that was it! I took screenshots of the listing, of the place, called VRBO and they agreed it was a misrepresentation. They called the owner and she agreed to a partial refund. It’s been 4 days and she won’t respond to me or VRBO. Now, I have to work through the credit card company to get a refund. Such a pain and very frustrating! So, just be aware, this is a one bedroom place with a living room and kitchen. It’s a good place but it isn’t a 2 bedroom.

We enjoyed staying at this owner's condo while in Utah. It had everything we needed, including separate baths and a full kitchen. The only incident we had was it had not been cleaned yet when we got it, but once we communicated with the owner, it was done asap. Very nice experience overall, and highly recommended.

We have stayed here before. Room is nice. Bed is comfortable. Couch and chairs are not comfortable. There is a rug on top of the carpet that needs to be removed. Very uneven and a tripping hazard. Resort is nice

Read the details carefully. This property doesn't have two bedrooms, it has one bedroom with two extra blow up mattresses and a couch bed. Which is fine, the price was important to me. But the air mattresses where uncomfortable for our adult-sized children. Young kids would be fine. Zermatt resort as a whole is a bit on the worn side but livable; kids had fun in the pool and especially at mini golf!

The room was nice enough, although very dated. The overall resort is falling apart. The ceiling in the hallway above the entrance is crumbling. Hallway elevator was so dirty. The pool facility is old and dirty. I was really disappointed with Zermatt itself.

Property was clean and squared away other than a small stain on the arm of the couch. It had a great kitchen and lay out. The biggest issue was the platform we purchased through. When purchasing through Expedia we were not aware that it was filtering it through as a VRBO purchase. On Expedia it appeared that we were renting a condo/room from the hotel itself. The condo's are a completely separate entity, and thus this caused a few issues. First we were not sent a follow up email notifying that the owner would send check in information, which did not arrive. We were sent an Expedia reservation/confirmation but upon arrival we tried to check in with this information and the hotel had no records of the transaction and could not do anything with our reservation number and said that if it was purchased through Expedia that it was a VRBO rental and had to go through the property owner. They did provide the contact to the property owner who gave us the check in code, but had they not been available or answered we would have been sitting in the car waiting till then. Also since it sits as a separate entity, we were responsible for clean up, which was not a big deal, but in a hotel you just pack up and leave, a few notes from the owner as to where to place used linens and towels would help as well. The condo's were very noise with children running up and down the halls for multiple hours, as separate from the hotel their is no front desk to call with complaints.
