We offer a stocked food pantry & garden fresh veggies, full kitchen, and outdoor grilling deck for you to prepare and cook meals if desired. Each room has a 42" TV and air-conditioning, guests can watch a movie in the living room or outback screen enclosed deck to watch tv, too! Also, the home is centrally located in the Tri-County area so travels save on gas to commute to Charleston, the Beaches, and Low-Country events. Parents can stay overnight while their students move into dorms, graduate, or attend college visits, giving them more time to settle in stress-free and celebrate with family privately. This is a nice quiet neighborhood to sleep over if need an affordable getaway! Property was. DIY not finished in spots. Had issues with hot water, system too small. Had to run the water for 15 min to get luke warm water. Owner offered to have plumber come but this was at christmas so we just dealt with it. Train is right behind the house and runs all night long.

The home is located close to Downtown Summerville in a neighborhood with mostly unkept yards and what appeared to be a condemned trailer home. The front door was unlocked. It’s an older home that smells moldy/musty. The owner claimed it was the cleaning products but that’s absolutely false. There were two other cars parked in front of the house and what can only be described as a junk yard on the side of the house. Bedroom doors have locks with keypads making it unclear if the house is only for your stay. There was a lot of old food along with personal items that made it seem like the owner just left and would be back as soon as I checked out. I complained about the musty smell, the lack of security at the entry, and the need for additional cleaning. I did not stay but only received a third of my payment in response to my reports to the owner and vrbo.

I had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely recommend it to others. The pictures online do not do this property the Justice it deserves. The home is cozy and the fireplaces in the living room and bedrooms were a pleasant surprise!! It has great amenities and is very clean. The property is located only minutes away from downtown Summerville. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very nice and answered all my questions promptly. Check in and check out our a breeze. The only reason it did not receive all five stars is because I had a little challenge with maneuvering my knee walker down the hallways, up the front steps and into the bathrooms.

The check in process was wonderful. I had a minor issue. I called the owner and was helped very quickly. In fact I called her three times. She helped me each time. Owner was very friendly and open!!

It is obvious the owner has taken steps to make the VRBO accommodating. The electric fireplaces are a nice touch, new hand towels and fresh bathroom products. My biggest suggestion would be to buy a couch! The living room seating was extremely uncomfortable. I would also be upfront about the fact that you or someone lives in some type of apartment on the other side. The first night we were a bit nervous because of the sounds of someone walking, running water, a microwave and a dog occasionally barking. After we figured out there was an apartment we relaxed. I think people won't mind as long as they know.

Comfortable place, like staying at good friends house with them not being there. Close to downtown Summerville with easy access to Charleston SC. Like all places it has its charms and things some folks wouldn’t like. All in all it’s a clean and comfortable place where my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

Though you're close to downtown Summerville, the neighborhood is old. When you get the address and look on Google maps street view, it is not the house that is pictured. Though that cannot be blamed on the owners. We arrived after dark and in the rain, so we had a bit of difficulty finding the right house. The home looks inviting from the outside. When we arrived, the front door was unlocked. We had a bit of trouble understanding why each bedroom door had a code lock on them and getting bedroom 1 to unlock, but eventually got it open. The home overall was certainly well equiped but the refrigerator, coffee pot and food processor we're absolutely disgusting. It also appeared that the home had not been dusted or surfaces wiped down in quite a while. The screened in porch smelled like cat pee and there was a mini fridge filled with spoiled food and rotten milk. I'm not even certain it was plugged in. The thought of knowing someone could be staying on the other side of the shared wall was odd, but we never heard or saw anyone. Positive notes were clean beds/rooms and bathrooms. We literally only slept at this house as we were visiting friends in town, but I would not stay here again. The price definitely reflects the neighborhood and quality of comfort for this rental.

We thought we were renting a house all to ourself but the right back of the house had an apartment that someone was living in. Also someone had been living in our part. There was food in the frig. that had expired the month before. Potatoes had 6 inch sprouts on them. Bathroom had a half used bar of soap on the sink and a bottle of mouthwash that was 1/3 gone. We will never stay there again.

The house is attached to trailer and you can hear voices on the other side of the wall. We were encouraged to eat the food in the refrigerator but most of it was spoiled or expired. We found several tiny spiders in our beds when we pulled back the sheets to check for bedbugs, none found, just the spiders and no we didn't take pictures. The window unit AC in the living room was very loud and the internet connection was very weak. We stay for the first night because it was late when we arrived but moved to a hotel the following morning. When we called customer service they said they could not assist us with any refund because we did not take pictures. I will not be using Vrbo again, I will stick with other sources.
