This home far exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, the home is incredibly clean, comfortable and very well stocked, and the host was excellent. We will stay here in the future for all of our Summerville/ Charleston visits! If you stay here, please tell Jack the neighborhood cat that we said hello! Our family watched movies, made dinners together and enjoyed the local area. Food Lion is less than a mile away and plenty of restaurants very nearby. Great experience!

Excellent location, great communication with the owner on all pre travel information. If you are traveling with pets, I would highly recommend this property, it has a completely fenced in back yard with great patio. I would definitely stay here again. Very well done!

This rental property is Awesome! Robin & Nancy were Super with questions & concerns which started with a Date change. Communication was Excellent. The home was Super clean and had Every amenity available from cooking to bedding to towels, etc. We would highly recommend this area of South Carolina:) Charleston and Beautiful Isle's of Palms (Beach/ Ocean) within 30 mins. We had our Dog and it was Great having a nice sized fenced in yard for her. Safe and Pretty neighborhood too! The house was exactly as described. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, nice yard, garage available to use, fully equipped kitchen. It was just what we needed. The decor and the comfort can’t be added in the details but it was there! The owner is amazing at communication. I received constant updates on the stay and what needed to be done it if there were any issues. I will definitely stay there again when we return.

House in good neighborhood and easy to get to. Internet access was not able to obtain until second day of visit. Trash can was full and had to remove own trash off premises. Owner made accusations causing me more money when we followed rules and did as such.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, short commute to downtown Charleston along with many other historical locations. Nice backyard for sitting outside and fenced for pups. The house is equipped with everything you might need. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at 1320 Lantern Road. The house was very clean and inviting. It was one of the best stocked rentals we have ever had. There were spices and many nice appliances for cooking. Our pups enjoyed spending time in the yard, and we did as well on a few nice warm January days. The caretaker and owner were both very communicative, informative and friendly. We will certainly stay here again when in the Charleston area.

The house is great, very clean, plenty of room for us to unpack and be comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Chelle was flexible when our itinerary changed slightly. Perfect location for us to visit family in Summerville. Nancy, the property manager was easy to reach. Unfortunately, she could never get the Wi-Fi working. We were able to go to our family's house and use their Wi-Fi. Would love to stay here again.

Our family and pet stayed here during our visit to Charleston. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and close enough for daytrips to Charleston and surrounding beaches. The house was outfitted with everything you could possibly need as a family and our dog loved exploring her garden in the back! Robin was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area!
