PLEASE DO NOT INSTANT BOOK IF YOU HAVE A PET, INQUIRE FIRST. •All guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent. •Enjoy the use of the whole property: Free-standing, private, 1 story, 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house located in a quiet Summerville neighborhood with a fenced in back yard. You and your family and friends will have the home to yourselves. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need their best cell number and email address in addition to yours. 2) Your preferred arrival time & incoming/outgoing flight information (note earliest check-in is 4pm, and latest check-out is 11am unless otherwise specified) so that I can most efficiently have the house complete and ready upon your arrival. 3) A copy or picture of your photo ID (driver's license/passport). Please be prepared to show this valid photo ID upon check-in. If another guest will be checking in before you, I will need a copy of their photo ID in addition to yours. 4) Signed Rental Agreement - Although a Standard Rental Agreement may be attached, I will email you a custom rental agreement specific to your dates, guest/pet list, & cost info. Provide a Guest List (first and last names and ages) plus pet information (age, weight, & breed of each) and dates in which each guest/pet will be staying. Please also include your home address. 5) Parking - How many cars will you all have for the stay? There is a 3 car maximum at this property. Please park the first 2 cars in the driveway of the house (side by side). If there are 3 cars, the third can be parked in front of my house (be sure to keep wheels off grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services). To be respectful of my sweet neighbors, I ask my guests to avoid parking in front of my neighbors yards so if they have guests, they can be closer to their respective houses. PROPERTY RULES •PARKING – (3 Car Maximum at any one time) Only park in my driveway or in front of my front yard on the street, no wheels on the grass to avoid any conflict with lawn services. •NEIGHBORS - Please be very cognizant and respectful of my neighbors; they report to me and/or police if anything is out of the ordinary. •DAMAGE - If anything is damaged or broken, please contact Ginger immediately. •NUMBER OF GUESTS & PETS - No overnight guests (or pets) unless confirmed through VRBO and previously agreed upon by Ginger. •NO GET-TOGETHERS, SMALL GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS ARE PERMITTED AT THIS PROPERTY. •NO SMOKING - No smoking inside the house or in the garage! Smoking is permitted outside only, but please ensure proper disposal of cigarette butts. •KEYS/DOORS/LOCKS - Make sure to lock all exterior doors when you leave any time during your stay. •HVAC - Please be cognizant and respectful of the temperature setting on the HVAC – set to around 80 degrees in hot months and 65 degrees during cold months when the house is not occupied and when you are checking out; ALWAYS keep fan setting to auto; NEVER turn unit completely off. •REQUIRED CLEANING - Feel free to use kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, pots, and pans, but be sure to thoroughly clean before returning them to cupboards. •CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Check-out time is 11am and all Check-Out Procedures located on the front cover of the house binder must be complete by that time. HOUSE MANUAL •TRASH - The kitchen trash can and extra bags are located in the pantry; if it fills, the outside trash bin is next to the garage. •RECYCLE - There is a blue recycling bin in the pantry as well; if it fills, the outside recycling bin is next to the garage. •TRASH & RECYCLE COLLECTION - Every Wednesday Evening, please pull outside trash bin (green) and outside recycling bin (blue) out to the street for Thursday morning pickup and return once complete. •LAUNDRY - The laundry facility is located in the garage off the kitchen. •CABLE - There are 150 Direct TV channels on both televisions. •WiFi - Network and Password are located on the front of the guest information binder. The property was very clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. Ginger is a fantastic host…great communication…fresh flowers and snacks upon arrival was a really nice touch.

We were in Summerville for a family wedding. Ginger was wonderful to work with. The property was in a great location, close to amenities, but far enough away that there was no issues with traffic getting in or out (a rarity for Summerville these days)! The yard was perfect for the dogs, the bed was extremely comfortable- we couldn't ask for more!

The owner was GREAT! Not only was the house just right, she went above and beyond during our stay. She had some fruit and crackers in a bowl to great us, great suggestions of places to visit and eat, and was very prompt to answer when we had questions. There ios no doubt of where we'll stay when we visit Charleston!

Very clean and nice place that suited our family needs perfectly. There were 5 adults and 1 dog.and the home was clean and comfortable for all of us. Ginger was a great host- very responsive to all my questions prior to our arrival. When we checked there there was a bowl of fresh fruit and snacks on the kitchen island along with a vase of fresh flowers. What a nice touch! Would highly recommend this home!
