Clean. Everything we needed. Good Base to explore. Even managed a day in Blackpool with the Grandchildren. Shopping in Lancaster and a lovely day in Settle. Brekkie at the cafe in Bentham over the road. Convenient having shops nearby for essentials and the bookstore. Close to the train station. Lovely holiday Lovely Cottage. Good Communications with owner.
Super comfy double bed. Slept great. Beautiful views and walks.
We all liked it. No problems. Everything worked just as it should. Missed a garden but we were out most of the time so ultimately didn't matter. Has a little seating area.

Very good value for money, it was comfortable and in a lovely location, had pretty much everything we need, great communication from the host too!
The only issue was one of the beds in the twin room was really creaky, there might be a few springs broken or just very worn down, but this made it difficult to sleep especially for someone who tosses and turns a lot.

Location ideal for the places we wanted to visit
Very disappointed with the standard of cleanliness in the cottage. We don't think there was any cleaning done before we checked in. Too many issues to mention. What could have been exceptional was let down greatly.
