Disappointing experience

We were not in Bielańska Apartment. We were given an accommodation on Andersa 10/13 in stead. Not our choice but still good location close to Old Town and Centre. Quite neighbourhood. Fairly spacious apportment, but saying it's for 6 people is a push

The stage of appartment doesn't correspond with what's on their photos. Dirty mattresses, damaged furniture, dump and smelly bathroom, not enough bedding for the amount of people they offer it for. Broken doors and one window, door lock, falling apart and stained bedding. Kitchen - not enough dishes. 4th floor appartment with an elevator, but you still need to climb 1 flyer of stairs on each end. Not accessible for disabled people. Poor communication with the staff and request for deposit before giving access to appartment. Shame thought as this flat has got a great potential if was better looked after.

Bad

I wish I could write a review of THIS flat but I got scammed by the owner. I, alongside with my colleagues, visited Warsaw for animal rights conference for a few days. We booked the flat that is on the picture. However, when we came by the provided address — it appeared to be a totally another flat — one bedroom instead of two, which couldn’t fit us all. + the sofa that is not quite a sleeping place even though you can sleep there. We talked with the owner, who, in some time, said that the flat that is on the pictures has bed bugs and they had to change the flat. But we haven’t got a notification and after an hour or conversation the owner admitted that no letter was sent. Besides the fact that we had to spend extra money and time on the transportation, we had issues with the provided apartment itself — wifi worked as a snail and then stopped — the owner just ignored this issue. The other one being the clogged shower. It was clogged so bad, that the water ended on the kitchen floor each time you go to wash your feet for 3 minutes. The owner nor Booking provided us with compensation. As for now, the owner offered 10% back (still not the difference between prices of two apts), and Booking offered 25 euros, which is nonsense. Even after we pointed out the fact that the place they scammed us into costs less than the flat in this ad. Not to say that we also suggested the owner to cover our transportation expenses that weren’t planned as the place we booked is near the venue — but not the one we’ve ended in. Also, we want to warn you all that the owner asks for a deposit of 500 zł. So, I don’t recommend anything this owner provides — the owner is a part of P&O Apartments Group. And we assume they have whole bunch of flats to swap like they did with our case.

Just satisfactory

The apartment had a piano, though we didn't play it. There was a washing machine. The apartment was on the first floor. People managing the apartment were responding even late at night.

The sofa+bed in one of the bedroom was falling apart everytime we tried to sleep. It was meant for a single person. The bathroom room didn't have a lock. The self checkin required us to do a deposit payment worth 100€ which we are supposed to get back in 7 working days after we finish our stay ( i haven't got the refund of the deposit yet as it's just 2 working days when i write this review) such a payment should have been clear from the beginning. Also this was completely unnecessary but forced. The self checkin is useful if you checkin outside their office hours, but when i checked in there were people in the office and inspite of doing the whole deposit and self checkin request, i had to collect the keys again from the office itself. Beware, self checkin means collecting let's from safeboxes outside their office and not at the apartment ( though the office is just 2 min from the apartment)

Ubicacion es fantástica. Apartamento bien.

Para localizar el apartamento. Dejar claro que es el primer bloque de Bielanska, 5 portal de la izquierda. Y que las llaves están dentro del mismo bloque ya que las instrucciones parecen que estén en el número 6 de la misma calle. Te vuelves loco buscando. Pongan una sartén nueva que vale 12€😑😑
