Welcome to KP 313 at Kiahuna Plantation, a top-floor corner condo in a quiet, private building with A/C and tasteful upgrades. Enjoy a scenic walk through Moir Gardens to Kiahuna Beach, plus beach gear, parking, and access to Poipu Athletic Club fitness amenities.
ITEMS TO NOTE:
- The entire Kiahuna Plantation Resort does NOT have elevators. If you have mobility issues, please reach out to us and we will direct you to a suitable property for your needs.
- This property has an AC ductless mini split system with a head in the living room ONLY. Because the condo is less than 700 sq feet, this usually works well to cool the entire condo for most guests but we are adding this note to be transparent to those who may be more sensitive to heat

TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT
Kauaʻi is known as the “Garden Isle” for its lush, tropical landscape—and that beautiful environment is also home to a variety of insects and other island wildlife. Even with regular professional cleaning and pest-control treatments, guests may occasionally encounter geckos, ants, mosquitoes, roaches, or other tropical insects during their stay.
Many classic Hawaiian properties also feature jalousie (louvered) windows, which are designed to allow the trade winds and natural airflow into the home rather than creating the completely sealed environment of a modern hotel or resort.
We take great care in maintaining and cleaning our properties, but the occasional presence of tropical insects is a natural part of island living and is not necessarily an indication of cleanliness or a lack of pest control.

We had a great time at this property! The place was perfect for our needs. Lots of space to spread out. Not just a single room like a hotel. Nicely located with easy access to the beach and centrally located for travelling around the island to our favorite sites and activities. We loved being able to walk across the street to restaurants and the fitness club (pool and gym). Check in was a little confusing when we first arrived but that was mostly because this is not a hotel so some initial thought and prep is helpful. Would highly recommend to others.

Great location in Poipu! Very responsive host. We loved our stay at this property. Also they just opened a cute little restaurant on site which is amazing!

Very clean bed and well-equipped kitchen. The layout was cute and practical. Shower was a bit dated but very clean. Large beautiful vanity with a swing out makeup mirror. Furniture was very comfortable. Parking was convenient and hosts were very professional and responsive. We did not encounter any insects at all–not even a fly. Check in/out process was very simple and easy. We have very high cleanliness standards and will definitely be staying here again! We stayed at 4 different similarly priced places this trip and this one was by far the best overall.
