A spiral staircase leads to two small bedrooms — one queen and one full — as well as a bathroom with full-body shower system. Two heat pumps with A/C keep you comfortable in any weather. The space is ideal for two to four people, but a full-size futon in the living room provides space for extra guests.

The downstairs is an open living room and kitchen space with a futon couch, chair, and dining table. The 44-inch TV has Hulu Live and additional apps for guests to log into. The upstairs has two small bedrooms and a full bathroom. The apartment is attached to a larger home occupied by long-term tenants. It has a private entrance and room for one car in the driveway. (Street parking is available for additional vehicles.)
