Erdgeschoss, eigene Garage, angemessene Entfernung zum See und Supermarkt, Codeschloss an Eingangstür, moderne recht neuwertige Ausstattung, ruhige Lage trotz Nähe zur Bundesstraße. Wohnung ist immer angenehm warm obwohl Heizkörper abgedreht sind.

Keine Fahrradabstellplätze, keine Lademöglichkeit für E-Bike, Jalousie am Küchenfenster defekt, etwas alte Badewanne mit Duschvorhang, keine separate Dusche.

Trotz der Lage in einem Hochhaus ist die Wohnung im EG leise. Sie ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet, sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig in ca. 7 min. zu erreichen.
