- Wifi was very fast. With my Android 13 phone I saw 200Mbps speed at times.
- Parking was easy. We rented a car and I had no issue parking it in the small local cul de sac road outside the accommodation's gate.
- We arrived at the accommodation later than we agreed with the host. However, our host, Elly was very understanding and allowed us to self-checkin instead of having to re-arrange our meeting time.
- Plenty of cleaning supplies. The host left washing up liquid, kitchen towels, and floor brushes to keep the room in good condition.
- Rooftop terrace was very comfortable and a nice place to unwind.
- One of the windows in the living room does not fully lock. However, it faces the back of the property which is already gated from the outside.
- The bedside lockers are very small and could hardly hold eye glasses and a glass of water with the lamp on top.
- There is no microwave in the kitchen. However, the oven is very fast to heat if you need to warm up food.
- There is only one socket in the kitchen so nespresso machine users and tea drinkers will need to be patient with each other.
- There is a lack of shelves in the bathroom for placing bath ware. However, there is a bamboo towel airer which is very useful.
- The air conditioning remote controller in the bedroom does not display the temperature. This means we had to guess how cold the unit was set to.

La localización es perfecta al estar muy cerca de la playa y a un paseo corto del centro del pueblo sin estar en la vorágine de zona de fiesta de la playa ni del centro
Al baño le falta iluminación pero el resto fantástico

El apartamento es precioso, amplio y luminoso. Tienes zona de aparcamiento, la piscina muy chula y limpia, a 3 min de la playa andando y a 5 min del pueblo andando. Además está todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. La playa y el pueblo pequeños, pero con mucho encanto.
Por decir algo a modo anecdótico, el baño está reformado para gente muy muy alta, pero muy chulo.

Die Unterkunft war sehr angenehm und modern sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in guter Nähe zum Strand, und sowohl der Stadtkern von Ferragudo als auch der Marktplatz sind in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der eigene Grill, mit dem man wunderbar frischen Fisch zubereiten kann.
Den Fisch haben wir frisch vom Ferragudo Market geholt, aus der kleinen Garage am Markt, dienstags auch vom Fischmarkt in Portimão mit seiner großen Auswahl. Dort sollte man sich den Fisch am besten direkt mit Eis einpacken lassen. Alternativ ist auch der Continente in Parchal mit dem Uber schnell erreichbar. So isst man deutlich günstiger als im Restaurant und trotzdem sehr gut.
Kohle gibt es auch direkt in Ferragudo im Supermarkt aber leider nur ab 5kg, was für zwei mal grillen deutlich zu viel war.
Der Strand Praia Grande ist Fußläufig nur maximal 5 Minuten entfernt, aber Obacht wenn ma mit Kindern und Kinderwägen/Buggys unterwegs ist, ihr müsst eine sehr lange steile Treppe nach unten. Dafür habt ihr eine sauberen großen Strand mit genügend Liegen (leider sehr teuer, 25€ pro Liege) und genügend Strandbars.
Leider lösten sich an einigen Stellen bereits die Sockelleisten am Boden, und ein Fenster ließ sich nicht abschließen. Wir haben dies der Besitzerin gemeldet, und es wird hoffentlich bald behoben. Außerdem könnte das Apartment einen neuen Staubsauger vertragen. Abgesehen davon gab es nichts auszusetzen.
