Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt und können sie wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! 😊
Die Unterkunft spricht eigentlich schon für sich: Sie ist sehr großzügig, sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Uns wäre tatsächlich nichts eingefallen, was uns noch gefehlt hätte.
Ein absolutes Highlight sind die große Dachterrasse und der wunderschöne Pool. Beides lädt perfekt dazu ein, die Zeit zu genießen, sich zu entspannen und einfach abzuschalten. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt und man merkt, dass viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch unsere Gastgeberin Ivana. Sie war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat sie uns mehrfach gefragt, ob wir noch etwas benötigen oder ob sie etwas für uns tun kann. Diese Gastfreundschaft ging sogar so weit, dass uns Eis angeboten wurde und Ivana uns gefragt hat, ob sie uns vom Einkaufen etwas mitbringen soll. 🍦😊 Solche kleinen Gesten sind wirklich nicht selbstverständlich und haben uns sehr gefreut.
Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Kombination aus der tollen Unterkunft, der großzügigen Ausstattung, dem Pool, der Dachterrasse und vor allem der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht.
Vielen Dank, Ivana, für die schöne Zeit und die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ❤️

Villa Anita is in a fantastic, strategic location—just a short walk from the town center, which comes alive in the summer with vibrant bars, restaurants, and gelato shops. Supermarkets, a bakery, and the beach are all conveniently close by. It’s also an ideal base for exploring the region, with Biograd, Zadar, and Šibenik all within easy reach.
Ivana and her family are wonderful hosts—always warm, welcoming, and attentive to every request. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool is impeccably maintained and serves as the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Highly recommended!
