Mini place, old style house, turtles in the garden
Two rooms with two different prices was offered but in the reality both rooms was exactly same. Such an authentic sweet place should not play like this - it was really not nice. Btw all windows (even in 2nd floor) with iron bars - giving claustrophobic feeling.

Enjoyed an upper floor corner room at the front of the property (14). Very comfortable. Attractive building and grounds. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Well-located, just off the long cobble-stoned street that runs parallel to the main vehicle thoroughfare through town. In inclement weather, breakfast is served in an attractive room inside; on sunny days, in the garden. Very good wifi.
Although a recent cat owner, I was uncomfortable with the sheer number of cats underfoot and climbing up onto the table while I was trying to eat breakfast in the courtyard. Cigarette smoke also an issue.

Stayed at this guest house for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. Great location and the breakfast was excellent, served in the garden, and the staff were very kind. I booked the large room with an outdoor patio, which was nice.
- The bed was uncomfortable, sinking in the middle and in need of replacement.
- The room I stayed in (at the end of the property near the garden) had no internet connection. When I mentioned this, there wasn’t much interest shown, and although they said the garden Wi-Fi would reach, in reality it did not.

Great location. Fair value budget accommodation. Great breakfast.
The rooms were fine as far as budget accommodation goes but we were disappointed in the room size. We booked and paid for a 16m2 size room and were given a standard 14m2 room despite questioning it with them. This would have been fine but the room they say is 14m2 is actually 11.7m2 including the bathroom and it was pretty cramped for 2 of us and our suitcases.
Fine if they mention this room size on their website, but they don't.
Also their website says parking available - but it's not. We spent 15 minutes looking for parking and eventually found it. Again they should not be saying it's available on their website.
